Beulah Cool

Beulah Marie Cool, 88, of Oberlin, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in the Keystone Pointe Nursing Home in LaGrange, OH, after a long illness. She was born November 23, 1921 in Hacker Valley and had lived in Oberlin, Ohio for over 50 years.
She was a member of the East Broad Street Church of Christ in Elyria for many years. Mrs. Cool was a home maker who enjoyed caring for her family, her home, quilting and gardening.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Young of Oberlin; six grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren; and by her sister, Ina Tinney of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Cool in 1989, son, Larry Cool in 2008, parents, Edward and Emma Simons; one sister and three brothers.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home in Webster Springs at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Cool Cemetery in Laurel Fork. Dodd & Reed Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
