Bobby Alan Metzger

Bobby Alan Metzger, 38 of Elkridge, MD passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Johns Hopkins Columbia.

He was born January 23, 1987 in Towson, MD to Norman Metzger and Joanie Miller Metzger.

Bobby was a blessing and a joy to his family, and each learned much from his gentle spirit and loving nature despite his many physical challenges. He had a tremendous impact on each and every one who had the privilege of knowing him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Bobby Joe and Iris Joan Miller; paternal grandparents Charles and Maude Metzger; and uncle Joey Alan Miller.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Joanie Metzger of Elkridge, MD; father and step-mother Norman (Anna Marie) Metzger of Perry Hall, MD; brother Jordan (Rachael) Metzger of Perry Hall, MD; sister Haley Metzger of Perry Hall, MD; nieces: Kenley Monaghan, Penelope Iris Pearl Metzger, and Elliana Rose Metzger, all of Perry Hall, MD; aunts: Diana Brooke of Severna Park, MD; Dori Maxemow, Barbie Metzger, Jan Benese, and Kerri Robinson, all of Seminole, FL, and Jeannie Miller-Bologna (Chris) of Hollywood, MD; cousins: Joseph (Rachael) Miller of Kingsville, MD; Camden Miller of Pasadena, CA; and Casey (Melanie) Miller of Norfolk, VA; and several extended family and friends to mourn his passing.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Point Mountain Cemetery, Webster Springs, WV with Pastor Doy Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow.
