Debbie Lee

Debra Sue Hamrick Lee, 66 of Sutton passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Braxton County Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 13, 1958 in Webster Springs to the late Forrest and June Dawson Hamrick and was a homemaker. She was a devout Christian and was Pentecostal by faith. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and family gatherings. She was a people person, enjoyed telling jokes, and always wanted to help people.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Christopher Hines; brother Rocky Hamrick; and sisters: Vicky Hanna and Karen Hamrick.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Alvin Lee; daughter Angie (Jason) Clutter; brother Gary (Wendy) Hamrick; grandchildren: Alex (Tia) Clutter, Autumn Clutter, Abigail (Aaron) McQuain, Tessa Hines, and Hanna Hines; great-grandchildren: Alyvia Clutter and Aleia Clutter; and a host of extended family and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services to celebrate Debra’s life will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with Pastor Eddie Bender officiating. Interment will follow in Point Mountain Cemetery, Webster Springs.

Friends may join the family for visitation two hours prior to service time, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Dodd & Reed Funeral Home to assist with arrangements.
