Don H. Wyatt

Don H. Wyatt, 51 of Mill Run passed away at home on Friday, January 12, 2024. He was born July 18, 1972 in Webster Springs to the late Gwen H. “Buck” Wyatt and Fonda Hamrick Wyatt, who survives.

Don was a logger for J. C. Hamer and John Price. He attended Elk Valley Chapel. He liked the outdoors, enjoyed hunting, and was an avid skier going to various locations including Austria. He loved his family, was a people person, and was willing to help anyone he could.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother; sons Derrick Cogar and Jared (Bree) Wolfe; brother Aaron Wyatt; sisters Ada Wyatt Escue and Kelly (Dwayne) Bender; granddaughter Freya May; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends to mourn his passing.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs. Services to celebrate Don’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home with Pastor Doy Carpenter officiating. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 11:00 am at Adam Hamrick Cemetery, Webster Springs.
