Erma Schrader

Erma Schrader of Webster Springs died Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the age of 83. She was born in Diana to the late Scott Green and Frana Gilles Green.
Erma lived in Webster County the majority of her life, she worked as a maid at the Oakland Hotel and in the kitchen at Webster County Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed playing guitar and singing at different churches and on the radio.
Erma was preceded in death by her parents, one brother; John Ware, and one sister; Edna McCartney. She is survived by three nieces; Mildred Hamrick, Opal McCartney, and Rosalie McIe. Erma was blessed with seven great-nephews; Gerald Ware, David Ware, Larry McCartney, Denver Hamrick, Kenneth Hamrick, Ronald Hamrick, Michael Hamrick and nine great-nieces; Carol Hines, Kathy, Linda, Connie Hamrick, Wanda Moats, Doris Young, Hazel Hamrick, Judy Aasen, and Christine Miller.
Graveside services will be Friday, April 22, 2011 at 11AM at Odd Fellow Cemetery in Diana. Online condolences can be made at doddreedfh.com.
