Frederick Morgan Dyer, 66, of Webster Springs, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the Webster County Memorial Hospital. Fred is preceded in death by his parents Okey Morgan and Dorothy Jean (Harper) Dyer and son James Morgan Dyer. He is survived by wife Ricky Dyer of Webster Springs; daughter Erica Dalton of Rock Hills, SC; brother David Dyer of Webster Springs and three grandchildren. It was Fred's wishes that no services be held.
