Harold Wolverton

Harold E. "Jackey" Wolverton 51 of Craigsville passed away suddenly after a trailer fall on him Thursday June 17, 2010. He was born in Braxton County, WV on November 10, 1958 a son of the late Scott and Dorothy Radcliff Wolverton. Also preceding him in death was son, Harold E. Wolverton, Jr.; brothers, James "Ronnie" Wolverton; William "Billy" Wolverton; sisters, Myrtle Skidmore and Ruth Ann "Connie" See. Harold attended the Faith Chapel Church in Camden on Gauley. He made and installed the Red Crosses with Bible verse in many location. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Sherry Dodrill Wolverton of Craigsville; son Tommy Joe Wolverton of Cowen; daughters, Terri Grace Milsap and Gloria J. Williams both of Craigsville; step-sons, Davey Jones and Danny Jones both of Craigsville; brothers, Delmas of Camden on Gauley; and Ernie of Cowen; sister, Carolyn Davis of Camden on Gauley, and 1 grandchild. Services will be held Monday June 21, 2010 at 1:00PM in Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen with Rev. Larry Cochran officiating. Friends will be received Monday June 21, 2010 from 11:Am til service time.
