Howard Fisher

Howard Junior Fisher, 70 of Cowen, formerly of Webster Springs, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at his home. He was born August 09, 1949 in Webster Springs to the late Morgan Lester Forest and Glenna Claypool Fisher and was a laborer in the saw mill industry and a heavy machine operator. He was Baptist by faith.

Howard is survived by his daughters Sally Demastus, Teresa Butler, and Christina Lough; sister Lena Ware; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Eugene Fisher.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Friends may join the family for visitation one–half hour prior to service time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Dodd & Reed Funeral Home to assist with final arrangements.
