Izola Arthur

Izola Arthur, 80 of Webster Springs passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Webster County Memorial Hospital. She was born June 15, 1938 in Webster County to Hansford and Cora McCourt Green and was a homemaker. She liked Bluegrass Festivals, going to Dollywood, and going to Pickin’ n Pickens.

Izola is survived by her son Wesley (wife Nancy) Arthur, Jr.; daughter Betty (husband Rickie) Silman; sister Lenor McCourt of Buckhannon; grandchildren Jessica Mullens, Jameson Silman, Kendra Arthur, and Talia Lively; and great-grandchildren Bryce and Logan Mullens, Dakota Len, Jazlyn Paige, and Savannah Louise Silman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Wesley Arthur, Sr.; brother Denzil Green; and great-grandson Arnel Wayne Lively.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kenny Pritt officiating. Interment will follow in Lynch Cemetery, Grassy Creek, Webster Springs.
