James Cutlip

James Cutlip, 70 of Bergoo, WV departed this life on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Raleigh General Hospital. He was born November 14, 1939 in Centralia, WV to the late Lawrence Cutlip and Lena (Skidmore) Cutlip. James was a lifelong resident of Bergoo and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter and several sisters. He is survived by his wife Karen Cutlip of Bergoo, son James Cutlip Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Andover, OH, son Kevin Cutlip and wife Jane of Webster Springs, son Lawrence Cutlip of Point Mt., son William "Billy" Cutlip of Bergoo, daughter Beverly Cutlip of Bergoo, daughter Crystal Cutlip of Bergoo, daughter Lavonna Bush and companion Nick Harris of Point Mt., daughter Cheri Sparks of Pennsylvania, daughter Vickie Williams of Cowen, daughter Sue Curtis of Belington, several brothers and sisters, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, June 20, 2010 from 12-2 p.m. at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home in Webster Springs. A memorial service will be the same day at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Bennie Cowger officiating. Dodd & Reed Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
