James "Kenny" Lough, 77, of Webster Springs passed away Wednesday March 31. He was born January 15, 1933 at Desert Fork, Webster Springs to Roy and Elvera Lough and spent most of his life in Webster County. He worked as a coal miner. Kenny served in the Korean War as a PFC. in the US Army, and was a member of VFW Post 3738. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Lovely Peach Lough; second wife Lenore B. Lough; brother Hugh Gordon Lough; sister Rose M Donalson; daughter Frances Berry; grand-daughter Frances Flynn and great-grandson Dusty Flynn. Kenny is survived by son Kenny Junior (Debra) Lough of Webster Springs; daughters Nellie (Edward) Berry of OH and Pauline Hurst of Sardis WV; sisters Laura Bankhead of OH; Carolyn Hall of Webster Springs and Shirley Temple of Buckhannon; stepson Charley "Ray" Brady, Robert "Bob" Brady and Delbert "Deb" Brady all of Webster Springs; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends may gather with the family on Friday, April 2, 2010 from 6 to 9 PM in the Chapel of Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs. The funeral service will be Saturday, April 3 at 1 PM also at the funeral home with Reverend Curt Davis officiating.
