John Patrick Starcher, 73, of Webster Springs, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Saint Frances Hospital, Charleston. He was born March 30, 1937 in Bolair, WV to Patrick John and Sarah Ellen (McAvoy) Starcher. He lived his entire life in Webster County. Friends may call from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, April 17, 2010 in the chapel of Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 PM with Reverend Sam Nichols officiating. Burial will be in the McAvoy Cemetery, Pleasant Ridge, Webster Springs, WV.
