Marsha Wamsley
August 14, 1948 — June 23, 2015
Marsha J. Newhouse Wamsley, 66 of Fairmont, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Fairmont General Hospital. She was born August 14, 1948 in Charleston, the daughter of the late Amel Andrew Newhouse and Dorothea Dunlap Newhouse of Camden-on-Gauley. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a diehard WVU Football and Miami Dolphin’s fan. She loved to read, crochet, and play with her dog Gunner. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a successful Mary Kay consultant. Marsha’s greatest joy was her grandchildren.
Marsha is survived by her daughter Mollie Bea Wamsley Cunningham of Fairmont; wonderful grandchildren Logan Andrew Rodabaugh and Addie Brooke Rodabaugh; brother Mike Newhouse of Camden-on-Gauley; and sister Andrea Adams of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her father and brother Garland Newhouse.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Contributions be made to Dodd & Reed Funeral Home to assist the family with Funeral Arrangements.
