Wanda Mae Tracy

Wanda Mae Tracy, 84, a former resident of Webster Springs went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 26, 2024.

She was born August 23, 1939 in Webster Springs to the late Okey and Ella Payne Miller. She moved to Baltimore in 1959. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family affectionately called her “Nanda”.

Wanda Tracy; beloved wife of 66 years to Richard Tracy; devoted mother to Richard Tracy Jr. and Sharon Cochran and her husband Jeffrey Cochran Sr. Dear Grandmother of Jeffrey Cochran Jr. and his wife Patsy and Tracy Sine and her husband Robert; Great-Grandmother to Jeffrey and Lily Cochran and Dakota and Delilah Sine; sister to Ann Dotson and husband Tim and Mary Pyles and husband Ron. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. She loved her family deeply.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Opal Bosley, Virginia Mull, Bob and wife Iris Miller, Ed and wife Sarah Miller, Verl and wife Boots Miller, Dutch and wife Geraldine Miller, and Ralph Miller.

John 14:1-3

1 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

Funeral Services to celebrate Wanda’s life will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with Pastor Robert Sine officiating. Interment will follow in Miller-Mt. Zion Cemetery, Webster Springs.

Friends may join the family for visitation two hours prior to service time, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.
