William E. Boley, 75 of Cowen passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Summersville Regional Medical Center. He was born April 12, 1940 in Nicholas County to Mede and Lenna May Lilly Boley and was disabled.
No Services were held as cremation has taken place.
